Instrumental mode

Full tracks, zero vocals. One toggle away.

Every prompt in MixGenie can generate an instrumental version instead of a full song. Same quality, same length, same arrangement — just no vocals. Perfect for video, podcast beds, live-stream loops, or focus music.

"Royalty-free" instrumental libraries all sound the same

Stock instrumental libraries recycle the same 500 tracks across every SaaS explainer video. MixGenie generates original instrumentals per prompt, so your video, podcast, or livestream sounds like yours — not like everyone else's.

How it works

  1. Write the prompt
"Cinematic ambient background, warm strings and soft piano, calm building to hopeful, 60 BPM." Same fields as the song generator.
  2. Toggle "Instrumental only"
One switch removes the vocals from the pipeline. The generator routes to the instrumental Mureka model with the same prompt.
  3. Generate
Same one credit, same time, no vocals — a full arrangement you can drop into your project.

Highlights

Same prompts, no vocals

Anything you can describe as a song, you can generate as an instrumental. Reference audio works too.

Video-ready lengths

Instrumental tracks match the length of a full song — long enough to fit a talking-head video, tutorial, or livestream segment.

Loopable arrangements

Prompt with "loopable" or "seamless" to get instrumentals that repeat cleanly for background beds.

Fresh every render

Unlike stock libraries, every generation is unique to your prompt. Different track for every video, no royalty split with 10,000 other creators.

"The instrumental toggle uses a separate Mureka prompt with the vocal generation path removed. It's not a post-processing "vocal remover" on a full song — it's a native instrumental render."

FAQ

Is the audio quality the same as the full song?

Yes — the instrumental mode uses the same underlying model at the same quality level, just without the vocal layer.

Can I use these tracks in monetised videos?

Yes — you own the output. See /terms for the full license. There's no royalty split, no attribution requirement.

How long are instrumental tracks?

Full song length — typically 2–3 minutes, matching the prompt's implied structure.

Can I get a loopable version?

Include "loopable" or "seamless loop" in the prompt, or use a longer track and loop a section in your editor.
